Great for beginners, with a few hiccups

I started investing with Public about six months ago and what really drew me in was how straightforward the app is. The social aspect where you can see what others are investing in helped me avoid some rookie mistakes. One time, though, I had an issue with a stuck crypto transaction that took a couple of days to resolve, which was frustrating. Customer support eventually sorted it out but I wish it was faster. I’m happy because it’s commission-free and easy to navigate.

Easy to use and reliable
