Decent wallet but has room for improvement
I’ve been using Privy for about six months now. The interface is pretty smooth, and I love how easy it is to send and receive Bitcoin. However, I did run into some issues when I was trying to verify my identity for the first time. It took longer than I expected, and the support team was a bit slow to respond, which was frustrating. it's solid but they could work on their customer service.
