Some glitches but privacy works
Started using Privacy Pools last month because I needed stronger anonymity on my crypto trades. The privacy layer is effective and transactions stay hidden, which is the main point. But sometimes the app glitches, especially when switching between tokens in the pool. Customer support was alright but could be quicker. a mixed bag but worth trying for privacy-conscious users.

Promising but glitchy

Privacy works but app could improve
I use Privacy Pools mostly to keep my DeFi dealings confidential, and the privacy features are solid. However, the app crashes occasionally during staking operations which is frustrating. Also, I wish the interface showed clearer info about locked tokens and expected unlock times. Support answered my tickets but they took a day or two. So, privacy’s great but the user experience needs work.

Good privacy but some UX quirks
Privacy Pools definitely helps me keep my blockchain transactions hidden and secure, which is its main selling point. That said, the app UI feels a bit outdated and sometimes slow to respond, especially on mobile. I also ran into an issue with KYC verification that delayed my access for a few days. Customer support was polite but not very fast. Still, the core privacy tech is impressive and works well.
