I’ve been with Preply for a few months learning Japanese and made decent progress thanks to my tutor Yuki. She’s very patient and tailors lessons to my pace. The only issue is the app sometimes crashes mid-lesson, which messes up the flow. Also, payments can be confusing with different fees depending on tutor. Support helped resolve some issues but it's a bit frustrating.
