Helpful platform with room for improvement
I’ve been using Polymath for the past six months to manage my firm’s security token offerings. The interface is fairly user-friendly but I did encounter some confusing steps during KYC integration. What impressed me was their thorough documentation and the ability to customize compliance workflows. The main pain point was the occasional lag in transaction verification which delayed issuance by a day or so. Still, their team was responsive and transparent about these issues.

Used Polymath for issuing security tokens, the platform is quite intuitive and the compliance modules work well. However, the token approval phase took longer than expected which was frustrating. Support was helpful but could respond faster. a solid choice if you have some patience.

But when I ran into a blockchain sync error, support was slow to fix the issue which held back our timeline. Hopefully, their response times improve as the user base grows.
