Frustrated with subscription billing and content gaps
I subscribed hoping to quickly boost my IT skills, but the billing confused me got charged twice last month and had to contact support. Also, some of the older courses I needed aren’t available anymore, which is disappointing. The platform’s interface is okay but not super intuitive for finding niche topics. Customer service was decent once they responded but it took several days. Honestly, felt like a hassle more than a help at first.
