Disappointed with the service

I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for a few months now, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. The gym gets so crowded during peak hours that I can’t even find a machine to use. Plus, I’ve had issues with the cleanliness of the locker rooms; they often smell bad and look like they haven’t been cleaned properly. I thought this was a budget-friendly gym, but I didn’t expect to compromise on basic maintenance.
