Average service, could be better
The app sometimes freezes and I lost some setup on my bots. Withdrawals took longer than I expected. It works okay but I’m exploring other options just in case.

Mixed feelings about fees and support
The trading bots are clever, but I noticed some hidden fees during withdrawals that weren't clear at first. Also, customer support took a day to respond when I had an issue with bot settings. So yeah, it’s a decent platform but not perfect.
