Confusing support experience
I love the automated bots on Pionex, they really help in trading without constant monitoring. However, I reached out to support last week about a transaction issue and the response time was longer than expected. After a few days, they finally helped me out, but it was a bit frustrating. Just wish their support was quicker, especially for urgent matters.

Pretty good overall
I like the platform, though I had a bit of trouble with the KYC process at first. Once I got verified, everything worked fine. The bot features are cool and I’m seeing some decent profits. Would recommend it to beginners!
