Good overall but some delays
Pilot helped organize our financial statements which was great, but I noticed the monthly reports sometimes arrive a few days late. It’s not a dealbreaker, but when you rely on timely info for investor meetings, it adds pressure. Support was friendly though and explained the delays were due to higher workload recently. Hoping they smooth that out soon.
