I’ve been in DeFi for a couple of years and Piku Finance caught my eye with its lending and borrowing tools. The staking pools are competitive and I appreciated the clear analytics dashboard. However, I ran into a problem when a transaction got stuck on the Ethereum network and reaching support was painfully slow. The chat reps eventually helped, but it took over 24 hours which felt too long for urgent issues. Still, the platform’s security and decent APYs keep me coming back, but faster support would make a big difference for heavy users like me.
