Useful but some frustrations with limits and support
I started using PicPay about a year ago mainly for peer-to-peer payments and bill pay, and while it generally works well, there are some annoyances. For one, the daily limits on transfers are pretty low compared to other neobanks I’ve used, which can be frustrating when trying to send larger sums. Also, their customer support tends to respond slowly through the chat feature in the app, which is a bit annoying when you need quick help. On the bright side, the app interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I’ve never had any issues with transaction failures or delays. Plus, the cashback offers on certain payments really add value.

Mostly smooth but one hiccup
I really like using PicPay for everyday payments, especially with the social features that let me send money to friends easily. The app is pretty intuitive, but I did have a slow verification process which took longer than expected. Still, transfers and bill payments go through fast.
