Good wallet but needs better transaction history
Phoenix does a great job securing keys and making sending funds easy. However, I wish the transaction history was more detailed and showed confirmations better. Also, sometimes syncing takes a bit longer than I'd like, especially after I switch devices. Overall the wallet runs smoothly, but those small things could be improved.

Decent but wish for better support options
Been using Phoenix for a few months mostly for Lightning transactions. The wallet is secure and the UI is clean, which I like. Sometimes when I had an issue with a stuck transaction, the chat support was a bit slow to respond. Would appreciate a FAQ or more detailed help docs inside the app to reduce waiting.

Great wallet with minor sync delays
I switched to Phoenix because I wanted full control over my keys and Lightning support. Setting it up was straightforward. Sending and receiving BTC is really fast on Lightning. Occasionally, the wallet takes a little longer to sync balance after transactions, which is annoying when I'm monitoring prices closely. Support answered my questions pretty quickly though, which helped a lot.
