Good payment option, small glitches
Using Perpay for a few months now, mainly for home goods. The payment setup is straightforward, and I like the weekly reminders. Once, the app didn’t reflect a recent payment right away which threw me off, but it corrected after I contacted support. happy but hope they improve speed and app stability.

Good but some glitches
I’ve used Perpay twice now, both times for electronics, and while the payment plans helped me afford what I wanted, the app crashed once during checkout which was annoying. Also, their notifications about upcoming payments sometimes come late, making it hard to plan my budget. The support team was responsive but took a couple of days to resolve the issue. Still, I’m sticking with it because it beats traditional credit cards for managing costs.

Helpful but could improve notifications
Using Perpay has been generally good; I like how they show all future payments upfront. However, last month I missed a payment because I didn’t get a reminder in time, which led to a small penalty. The app interface feels a bit clunky on Android, and I hope they fix that soon. Despite that, the support chat was helpful once I reached out, so I still recommend them to friends who need manageable payment options.
