Mixed feelings about PensionBee experience
I started using PensionBee to combine my multiple pension pots last year, hoping it would simplify things. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and I liked how the app gives a clear overview of my investments. However, the transfer of one of my older pensions took over two months, which was frustrating as I expected it to be quicker. Customer support answered my queries but couldn't speed up the process. On the bright side, the investment options and performance have been solid since everything was consolidated, so I’m cautiously optimistic about my retirement savings here.
