Transfers and payment processing are reliable with PayU, no complaints there. The only irritation is the customer support response time; last time it took over 24 hours to get an answer about a disputed charge.

I’ve been using PayU for a few months now and the payment process is mostly smooth. The fees are reasonable, but once I had to contact support because my transaction got stuck for a few hours. They resolved it quickly though, so no big deal.
