I've relied on Paytm for all my digital wallet needs for almost a year now. The app layout is simple and transferring funds has been almost smooth except for one instance where a transaction got stuck, but contacting support via chat helped resolve the issue within a day. The prepaid card delivery was on point and activation was quick, which was a relief. Still, I feel the support team could be quicker during peak hours because waiting on hold felt longer than it should have. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a wallet without traditional banks.

Decent service with few frustrations
Have been using Paytm for about six months now. Initially, I struggled with some delays during wallet reloads linked to my debit card which led to some stress since I needed instant payment for online shopping. Support was helpful but response times were inconsistent, sometimes taking a day or more to reply. Despite that, I like the scheduled payments feature and the way I get notified on every transaction.
