The platform works fine for daily transactions but the mobile app sometimes crashes when I try to check recent payments. Also, the interface could be more intuitive. Support was helpful once I reached them, but that took a while.

Started using PayPro last year for my freelance gigs. The sign-up process was fine but a bit slow due to KYC checks that took longer than expected. I’ve noticed sometimes transactions get stuck in 'processing' for hours which can be frustrating when clients ask for instant confirmation. Their chat support is polite but often replies are generic and don’t solve the problem immediately. Also the dashboard lacks some analytics features I would find useful to track my earnings better. The payout schedule is predictable though, and that’s a plus. Hoping they improve the app stability soon.
