Sometimes PayPal is great, like when sending payments abroad or paying online. However, I've run into problems with the mobile app freezing during checkout a few times which caused some stress. Also, their customer service chat often takes forever to respond, and the answers aren’t always clear. On the plus side, the transaction fees are reasonable and I appreciate the buyer protection for online shopping. I hope their app gets smoother soon.

Mixed experience with fees and service
I use PayPal mostly for freelance payments and online shopping. The fee structure can be confusing and sometimes I get charged unexpectedly when converting currency. The security features are solid though, which gives me peace of mind. My last transaction was delayed but resolved after a couple of emails to support.
