I took a loan last month and while the platform executed my orders okay, I found their notification system lacking. Missed some updates about repayment deadlines which could be stressful for new users. Also wish the chat support was available 24/7, sometimes responses took hours.

I tried using their staking feature alongside borrowing, but found the APYs a bit below market average. The borrowing side worked fine and no hiccups in transactions so far. Would like to see more competitive staking rates to stay loyal.

Used Pareto Credit for a small DeFi loan, approvals were pretty quick but the interest rates felt a bit high compared to some others. Still, the platform UI is neat and easy to use. Would use again but hope rates drop.

I’ve been using Pareto Credit for a few months now, mainly for borrowing crypto to use some trades. The overall process is smooth, with transparent collateral and repayment terms. However, last week I faced a glitch my transaction appeared in pending status for almost 12 hours which made me nervous. Support eventually sorted it out but I wish this platform would improve their backend stability because speed is key in DeFi lending. Also, would love to see more detailed analytics or dashboards to track loan health better.
