I use PalmPay mainly for airtime top-ups and local transfers. It’s snappy and the UI is user-friendly. Occasionally the app crashes but not a dealbreaker.

Mostly smooth but slow support
I use PalmPay mainly for quick bill payments and transfers, and most of the time it works fine with low fees. However, I had to wait almost a day to get a reply from their support chat when I had an issue with a failed transaction, which was frustrating. Hoping they improve their response times soon.
