Frustrated with slow withdrawals and support
I started using Paimon back in January to test their yield farming. Initially, the platform was responsive and the APYs looked promising compared to other DeFi options. However, when I tried to withdraw funds last month, it took almost 5 days for the transaction to confirm on-chain, which is way too long. I contacted support twice but got vague answers and no real help. This delay caused me to miss a better market window and I’m seriously reconsidering sticking with Paimon unless they sort this out soon.

Mostly good, needs faster support
I’ve been using Paimon since last summer mainly for staking and yield farming. The returns have been pretty solid and I appreciate the transparent fee structure. However, when I ran into a tangled transaction that got stuck, it took almost 48 hours to get a response from customer support and that was frustrating. The app also sometimes feels slow when loading transaction histories, which can be annoying during busy market hours. Hoping they improve these areas soon because otherwise the platform is quite handy for managing decentralized assets.

Mixed feelings about this platform
The staking returns are solid but sometimes the app crashes randomly. Also, the transaction fees spiked unexpectedly last week which made me pause. Hoping they fix these bugs soon.

Easy liquidity pools and quick rewards
Just joined Paimon and set up liquidity pools within minutes. Rewards started showing up the next day which was a nice surprise. The interface feels clean and beginner-friendly, making it less intimidating than other DeFi sites I’ve tried. Overall pretty happy so far.
