I’ve used Overstock a couple of times now. The prices are often great, especially during sales, but I’ve had issues with the quality of some items. One of the chairs I ordered came with a scratch, and the return process was a bit of a hassle. I guess it's hit or miss, but I’m not sure if I’ll order again.

Ordering from Overstock was a bit of a rollercoaster for me. I bought a nice coffee table that I found at a great price. It arrived later than I had hoped, and when it did, I noticed a scratch on the surface. The returns process was okay but could have been smoother. I love the variety they offer, but I'm not sure if I’ll buy again.

I ordered a few decor items and they arrived on time, which was nice. However, one of the items was damaged. Their customer service took a while to respond, so it wasn’t the best experience overall.
