Great liquidity and spreads are fairly tight, which is nice for day trading. Occasionally the chat support takes longer to respond, but overall the service is dependable and I feel safe holding large amounts there.

Reliable but not perfect
I appreciate how secure the custody solutions are, and I like the variety of crypto assets available. However, sometimes the app glitches during peak hours and I have to refresh multiple times which can be annoying when placing time-sensitive orders.
