Good but could improve

I like using Banco Original, but there were a couple of hiccups during the verification process. It took longer than I thought to get my account fully set up. Other than that, it has been a pretty solid experience.

Decent but needs work

I've had some trouble with the app crashing occasionally. It’s frustrating when I’m trying to do a transfer. Other than that, the banking features are pretty good.
