Mixed feelings on OrangeX platform
I started using OrangeX about six months ago, mainly for spot trading. The fees are reasonable compared to what I used before, but the recent update slowed down the app for me. Also had some trouble with KYC verification; it took an extra week, which was frustrating. On the bright side, their selection of altcoins is pretty good and liquidity seems solid, especially during peak hours.

Nice platform but support delays hurt experience
I like OrangeX for its broad crypto selection and the competitive fees, especially on spot trades. The app is easy to navigate and I’ve had no issues with order execution speed, which is important to me. Still, the time it takes to get help from customer service when something goes wrong can be frustrating. They did eventually resolve my withdrawal hold, but it took longer than expected.

Mostly happy but minor issues

Great exchange with few minor flaws
Been using OrangeX for over a year now, mainly for derivatives trading. The execution speed is great, and I rarely face slippage even with high volume orders. Recently, I noticed some delays in the KYC process which held up my account upgrade for a few days. The app UI is clean but could use a bit more customization options for charts. the low fees and solid security measures keep me loyal to OrangeX.

Smooth experience, minor delays
Deposits go through fast and the app interface is user-friendly. Had a slight delay with the withdrawal last week but customer service helped sort it out quickly. Would rate higher if that didn’t happen.

Good exchange but support could improve
I appreciate the variety of crypto pairs available on OrangeX and the low trading fees are definitely a plus. However, I had an issue with a stuck transaction and it took support almost 48 hours to get back to me, which felt too slow. The app design is clean and makes it easy to monitor my portfolio though.
