Support could be faster but decent overall
I had a hiccup with a stuck transaction last month. Contacted support via chat and they responded in about 12 hours, which was slower than I hoped but they did resolve my issue eventually. The app's interface is clean and it shows all my staking positions clearly. Also, I like that the platform doesn’t require heavy KYC, so I feel more privacy. Just wish the transaction speeds improved during network congestion.

Solid platform with minor glitches
I've been using OpenTrade for about 3 months now and generally it's pretty good for peer-to-peer asset swaps. Occasionally the app lags when loading liquidity stats but nothing major. The yield generation tools are helpful though the APYs vary a lot depending on token pairs. I appreciate the transparency since everything is on-chain and verifiable. Customer support replies are polite but sometimes slow.

Easy to use but watch for fees
Started using OpenTrade for liquidity provision about 4 months ago. The setup was straightforward and I liked the transparency of smart contracts managing funds directly. However, high Ethereum gas fees sometimes made small trades not worth it. The staking rewards are decent, and I’ve withdrawn profits without delays. The app needs some UI improvements for better tracking of multiple assets but it’s functional overall.

Great yield options but beware of gas fees
I started staking some tokens here about two months ago. The yields are competitive compared to other DeFi apps I've tried. However, sometimes the Ethereum gas fees spike and eat into my profits more than I expected. Still, the interface is user-friendly and the transaction confirmations come through on time.
