Great for secure identity management
Been using Ontology for over a year now, mainly for creating and managing decentralized digital IDs for my clients. The platform’s infrastructure supports trustless data transactions which is critical for our compliance requirements. I appreciate that the blockchain layer is fast and the network fees remain reasonable compared to others I've tried. On the downside, the initial KYC took longer than expected and the mobile app could be more polished to handle wallet functions better. Ontology delivers the core services reliably and I’m confident recommending it to businesses dealing with sensitive identity management.
Good platform but UI needs work
I've been using Ontology for a few months now mainly for managing digital IDs. The blockchain aspect is solid and transactions go through quickly. Just wish their wallet interface was more intuitive, sometimes it feels clunky especially when checking staking rewards.
Useful but some delays in validation
Ontology works well for decentralized ID solutions but I noticed the KYC verification process took longer than expected. The support chat helped though and finally got things sorted. I trust their security features but could improve speed.
Secure but complex setup
The digital identity management is very secure, which is what I wanted. However, setting up the node for data exchange was a bit confusing at first. Once running, the system is reliable and I appreciate the trustless interactions it enables.
