Great potential but some bugs
OkCupid matches you well, and I liked how I could filter people by specific interests and orientations. Unfortunately, I faced some bugs in the mobile app that made swiping laggy on my phone. Plus, I got a little overwhelmed by the number of compatibility questions at first. Support tries to help but sometimes the wait is long. Still overall a decent experience when it works.

I appreciate the detailed profiles and how you can see people’s values and interests upfront. It helped me avoid wasting time on people who didn’t want the same things. The weekly email updates about new matches were a nice touch too.

Good matches but app glitches
I've been using OkCupid for a couple of months now and the matches are mostly solid, especially with their detailed profile setup. However, the app crashes sometimes when sending messages which is annoying during a good convo. Customer service took a day to respond but they helped fix my issue eventually. Also, I wish their premium plan had more freebies.
