Mixed feelings about support and limits
I like the app interface, it’s sleek and pretty intuitive for managing my finances. However, I ran into some trouble when trying to increase my daily transfer limit; the support chat kept giving me generic answers and it took almost a week to get it sorted. Also, the currency conversion fees are a bit higher than I expected, which sucked when sending money abroad regularly. On the plus side, the notifications and spending insights are really helpful, so at least I can keep a closer eye on my budget. I’m half happy but some areas need serious improvement.
