Mixed feelings overall
Nutmeg does a decent job automating investments and the ethical options are a plus. However, I noticed the withdrawal process took longer than expected and the customer support chat was sometimes unresponsive during peak hours. I’d recommend it with some caution.

Decent but needs improvements
The investment options are solid but I found the mobile app a bit clunky and slow to update portfolio values. Also, the fees felt a bit high compared to some other robo-advisors I tried. I’m sticking around for now, but I hope they improve the app experience soon.

Mixed feelings about fees
I've been using Nutmeg for about a year now and while the platform is pretty straightforward, I find the management fees a bit steep compared to some competitors. Also, the returns have been okay but nothing exciting, especially after fees. I wish they offered more active control options for experienced investors like me.
