Good platform but needs better customer support
I appreciate the yields from Reti Pooling and the concept of combining assets is smart. However, I had to wait over 48 hours for a response from their support chat regarding a transaction that seemed stuck. The staking interface works fine but if they improved their helpdesk, it would be a 5-star for me.
