I like that Nexus Mutual offers smart contract insurance, but sometimes the coverage terms are a bit confusing. I wasn’t sure if my entire position was protected or just part of it. Also, the gas fees for staking to participate in claims assessment can get pricey during network congestion. Still, it’s better than no protection at all.

I've used Nexus Mutual to insure some smart contract deposits and the coverage itself feels solid. However, when I had to file a claim after a DeFi platform hack, the process was slower than I expected, and the payout didn't arrive for weeks. Support chat was only somewhat helpful, so I'm still on the fence about relying on them fully.

Coverage options are good and I like the idea of decentralized insurance, but I found the support chat to be slow when I had questions about staking tokens for claims. Also, the app UI could use a refresh to be more user-friendly. Hoping they improve these soon.
