Mostly happy but checkout glitch
I ordered homeware items like cushions and candles. The site has nice pictures and reviews which helped me decide. The checkout process froze once, I had to refresh and re-enter card details which was annoying. Delivery was on time and items arrived intact. I like the range but wish the app was smoother.

Good prices and solid customer care
Their sales are great, picked up some winter coats. Had a small issue with a zipper and customer support replaced it without fuss. Appreciate that kind of service.

Decent quality with some fit issues
Bought a couple of tops and jeans in March and overall quality was solid for the price. However, the jeans fit was off compared to size guide, had to send back. Customer service was responsive though, helped with return labels quickly. Could improve on sizing accuracy and update product info accordingly. Still a good option for casual wear.
