Mixed feelings about app stability
The platform offers a lot of useful features like instant crypto loans and interest accounts, which is great. But I ran into some annoying bugs with the app crashing during trades. Also, I noticed the spread on BTC trades is sometimes wider than other exchanges I use. Customer support was polite but didn’t fully resolve my concerns about pricing. Still, I keep using them because the loan services are unmatched in speed.
