Nice features but some glitches
I opened a savings pocket on Nequi to set aside money for my trip. The interface is very user-friendly and the notifications keep me on track. However, last week the app froze when trying to pay an electric bill, and I had to restart my phone twice before it went through. Customer support was polite but the delay was frustrating since it was close to the payment deadline. Besides that, the cashback feature on selected payments is a nice bonus and encourages me to keep using it.
User friendly but slow support
The app makes transferring money super easy and the bill payment feature is really handy. Unfortunately, when I had an issue with linking my debit card, the support chat response was slow and I ended up waiting over an hour. Hopefully, they speed that up soon to match the app’s usability.

I hope they fix these small glitches soon because the service potential is really high and the fees are minimal compared to my old bank.

Using Nequi for a few months now, love the instant payments. The app crashed once during a bill payment though, and chat support took a bit to respond. Still, overall solid for everyday use.
Mostly smooth app experience
