Mixed feelings on limits and support
I’ve been using Neon for about six months and enjoy the app’s layout and easy payments. That said, the daily transfer limit is a bit low for me, especially when I need to pay rent on time. Also, when I contacted support for a billing question, the response was kinda generic and didn’t solve my issue fully. Hoping they improve their customer service soon.
