Convenient but some UX bumps

NEAR Intents helped me automate interactions with several DeFi apps and that’s been a huge time saver. Transactions usually confirm fast and the fees stay low which is great. On the downside, the interface can get confusing when managing multiple intents and the error messages aren’t always clear, so sometimes I waste time guessing what went wrong. Still, I like how flexible the platform is for DeFi power users.

Good but needs UI polish

I rely on NEAR Intents for staking and yield farming operations. The platform’s smart contract calls execute reliably and fees are competitive. However, the app sometimes lagged when switching between wallets, which slowed me down a bit during active trades.

Good but wallet connection issues

Generally a solid platform with low fees and fast transactions. However, I ran into a few annoyances connecting different wallets which slowed things down during a key liquidity add. The devs fixed some bugs recently, so fingers crossed it gets smoother.

Mostly smooth experience

Used NEAR Intents last month for a couple of DeFi contract interactions. The transaction speed was pretty solid and gas fees stayed reasonable compared to other chains I’ve tried. The only thing was the UI felt a bit clunky at times, but not a dealbreaker.

Solid platform with minor glitches

I’ve used NEAR Intents for interacting with smart contracts about a year now. The process feels secure and I appreciate the transparency on fees. Occasionally, the transaction status updates lag a bit which can be confusing when you’re dealing with time-sensitive trades. Support has been okay, but they could be quicker answering complex questions. I’m satisfied but hope for smoother UX in updates.

Mixed feelings after longer use

So I started using NEAR Intents about half a year ago intending to build some DeFi automation scripts using their SDK along with manual trades. At first, I liked the low gas costs and easy integration, but after a while, some smart contract interactions failed without clear errors, which was frustrating. Also, the documentation isn’t as detailed as I hoped, making troubleshooting tougher. Despite these issues, their support team was fairly responsive and helped me figure out workarounds. I’m hopeful they keep improving because the concept is solid.
