I’ve used NEAR Intents for interacting with smart contracts about a year now. The process feels secure and I appreciate the transparency on fees. Occasionally, the transaction status updates lag a bit which can be confusing when you’re dealing with time-sensitive trades. So I started using NEAR Intents about half a year ago intending to build some DeFi automation scripts using their SDK along with manual trades. At first, I liked the low gas costs and easy integration, but after a while, some smart contract interactions failed without clear errors, which was frustrating. Also, the documentation isn’t as detailed as I hoped, making troubleshooting tougher. Despite these issues, their support team was fairly responsive and helped me figure out workarounds. I’m hopeful they keep improving because the concept is solid.
