Good features but some UI bugs
MUX offers solid liquidity pools and their decentralized exchange runs fairly smoothly. However, I noticed occasional glitches in the dashboard that made tracking my positions confusing sometimes. Support was responsive but took a day to reply.
Great but needs better mobile app
MUX has been pretty reliable for staking and swapping tokens, but their mobile app could use some improvement. It crashes sometimes, which is frustrating when you’re trying to react quickly to market changes. Desktop site works well though, and fees are fair.
Slow customer service
Support took too long to respond.
