Good features but small bugs
Used Multipli.fi for staking, interface is slick but had a glitch locking funds briefly. Support replied fast though.

Mostly good with some quirks
I appreciate the automated trading features, it saved me from manual errors. However, sometimes the analytics page takes forever to load, which is frustrating when I want quick updates. solid but could polish the UX.
