I like how many blockchain options they support, but the UI feels a bit clunky when switching networks. I've also noticed occasional glitches during peak hours which makes me nervous for big transfers.

I like Multichain for bridging my assets, the interface is clean and simple. However, a couple of times my transactions took longer than expected and I felt a bit left in the dark while waiting. Support eventually responded but it’d be better to have clearer status updates.

I've been using Multichain for about three months to move assets between Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain, and it mostly works well. The cross-chain transfers usually go through without a hitch, and fees are reasonable compared to other bridges. However, the user interface feels a bit clunky and confusing at times, especially when choosing between different chains or checking transaction status. I also had to contact support once about a stuck transaction; they responded within a day but didn’t offer much detail. I like the service but hope they enhance usability soon.

Transfers are mostly quick but sometimes the fees spike unexpectedly. I wish the app gave more warning or breakdown on those. Still, I can’t complain much about the speed itself.
