Good platform but room for improvement
I’ve used Moz for over a year now mainly for SEO audits and link analysis. It provides accurate data, helping me spot issues on client sites fast. However, I faced some challenges with the crawl budget management feature it didn’t always reflect recent site changes immediately. Their support team was helpful but responses took a couple of days, which can be frustrating during tight deadlines. Still, it beats manual audits by a mile and keeps getting better with updates.
Great functionality with a few quirks

The link explorer is fantastic for finding new backlink opportunities, and their keyword research tool helped me discover niches I hadn’t considered before. What threw me off was when I tried exporting large site audit reports, it would randomly time out or get stuck, so I had to split my projects. Also, getting through to support during peak times took longer than I wished. Overall it made SEO less daunting but could polish performance on heavier tasks.
