Good for quick crypto buys

I started using MoonPay about six months ago for quick crypto purchases using my credit card. The app is fairly intuitive and when I had to do KYC verification it was easy to upload documents via phone. One downside is they occasionally hold funds for a few hours when sudden spikes happen, which can be annoying. Still, their support team has been pretty responsive when I contacted them, resolving my issues within a day. Overall I trust MoonPay for swift processing without complex steps.

Good service with minor delays

I use MoonPay every couple of weeks to convert fiat to crypto. The platform is easy to navigate and supports multiple payment methods. Once, I had a small delay in fund arrival but it was handled quickly by their support team, so I’m happy overall.

Easy payments, minor hiccups

Bought Bitcoin last month through MoonPay and it was pretty straightforward. The fees were slightly higher than I expected though. the payment process was simple and the app interface is user-friendly.
