The app interface is clean and easy to use, and I appreciate the fee-free withdrawals abroad. That said, I had one withdrawal delayed and it took a day longer than promised to reflect back in my account. Support was polite but the wait on chat was longer than I’d like.

Good but notifications glitch
App is sleek and easy to use, love the budgeting tools. Only thing is sometimes notifications about payments come late, which messes with my tracking a bit.

Good overall but limited features
I enjoy the no-fee spending abroad and the savings pots feature is handy. However, I wish there were more options for overdrafts or loans directly through the app. Still, a great choice for day-to-day use.

Great app with minor bugs
I really like Monzo's budgeting tools and the instant spending notifications are super helpful. Only downside is sometimes the app crashes when I open transaction details, but it’s not too frequent.
