Unstable staking rewards and slow support
I locked some tokens into their staking program expecting steady rewards but the rates fluctuated wildly week to week. That unpredictability made it hard to plan my portfolio. Also, when I reached out to support about a stuck transaction, it took nearly three days to get a reply. Compared to other DeFi platforms I've used, MoneyOnChain has a lot of potential but the execution still needs work. For now, I’m cautious about committing large amounts here.
Mixed feelings on liquidity issues
I started using MoneyOnChain about 3 months ago to manage some of my crypto-backed stablecoins. While the idea of tokenized assets backed by BTC is cool, I ran into some hiccups with liquidity pools that made trading less smooth than expected. Sometimes, the lending rates weren't as competitive as other DeFi apps I’ve tried, and withdrawals took longer than promised. Support was polite but slow to respond which was frustrating given the market volatility. Still, I appreciate the unique approach they have to collateral management but it needs polishing.
Fees higher than expected
The transaction fees were not clearly stated until after I initiated trades.
Confused by some token mechanics and slow refunds
I deposited some BTC collateral to mint stablecoins but the margin call thresholds weren’t clear until after I got liquidated. It was frustrating because I thought I understood the risks. Also tried withdrawing leftover funds after closing positions and the refund took over a week to process. DeFi in general can be tricky but this felt unexpectedly complicated. I hope they add better guides and speed up withdrawals soon.
Late withdrawals
Tried to withdraw my funds twice and both times it took over 24 hours.
Buggy interface, slow trades
App crashed twice during my last session.
