Pretty good overall
The app interface is clean and easy to navigate. I like the cash back rewards but the monthly fees feel a bit steep for occasional users. Their customer chat helped me understand some features better, though it took a few tries to get a response. I’d recommend this for people actively using their loans or investments but maybe not if you just want a basic account.
