Good app, but slow transfers
The app interface is clean and easy to use which I like. However, transfers to some banks take up to 3 days, which is annoying when I need money fast.

Convenient but limited ATM withdrawals
I like how easy it is to top up my account and send money abroad with low fees. The only downside is the ATM withdrawal limit, which is a bit tight for my needs.

Nice but card delivery took ages
The digital experience is smooth and the app works well, but my physical card took 3 weeks to arrive, which was frustrating. Still, the support team was helpful when I asked for an update.
