Good but UI could improve
I like how fast the borrowing process is, but the dashboard sometimes lags. Support replies in a day which is okay but not ideal.

Impressive platform with minor glitches
Trading on Mole is mostly smooth, but once my liquidation happened faster than I anticipated due to price swings. Wish there was better alerting for that. Otherwise, good liquidity and low spreads.

Almost perfect DeFi setup
I started using Mole roughly six months ago after switching from another DeFi service. The staking rewards are competitive and withdrawing funds is usually quick, though once I had a transaction stuck for 12 hours which was super frustrating. Customer support eventually sorted it out after 2 tickets but their chat could be more responsive. Really appreciate their transparent fee structure and the decentralization aspect gives me peace of mind.

Useful tools but needs better mobile app
The desktop version of Mole offers good lending and borrowing options but their mobile app crashes sometimes while I try to monitor my collateral. I hope they fix these bugs soon.
