Mixed feelings about ModernFi
Their financing options are quite competitive, and I liked that they customized a credit facility for my digital marketing agency. But I ran into trouble during the KYC verification stage which delayed my application by several days. Customer support was polite but not very proactive in giving updates, which was frustrating. The app for managing payments is user-friendly though. I’m cautiously optimistic but will watch how future transactions go.
