Mostly positive but watch the app bugs
I’ve been using MEXC for nearly 8 months now. The variety of cryptocurrencies and trading pairs is impressive, and the platform handles orders quickly with minimal slippage. What annoyed me a bit is that sometimes the mobile app freezes during high volume periods, which can be stressful when you want to exit a position fast. Support is helpful but not instant, usually replies within 12 hours. I wish the UI on desktop was a bit more intuitive but overall it’s a good exchange for serious traders.

Mixed experience with MEXC exchange
I opened an account with MEXC about a year ago because I was interested in their leveraged futures. Initially, everything worked fine and the fees were competitive. However, I ran into issues with a stuck withdrawal that took nearly a week to resolve, and their live chat support was not very helpful or prompt. Also, the app interface could use some improvements especially on desktop for better chart analysis. Despite that, I still use the platform occasionally because they list some new tokens faster than other exchanges.

Decent exchange with minor glitches
I’ve been using MEXC since last summer. The trading fees are reasonable and the app is easy to navigate. Sometimes the app freezes during high volatility which can be frustrating. Still, the range of coins available is impressive and I managed to stake some tokens with good returns.

Mostly reliable but needs improvement
The platform offers a wide variety of pairs which I really appreciate as I like exploring new coins. I did notice that the KYC process took longer than expected and the verification was a bit confusing at first. Also, liquidation notifications for futures could be clearer. But trading execution is fine and withdrawals are pretty straightforward once verified.

Good exchange with decent features
MEXC offers a solid range of crypto pairs and their futures contracts have good liquidity. I like that their trading fees are competitive and there's a nice staking program for some coins. The mobile app works well most of the time but I did have a glitch once during a maintenance window which wasn’t ideal. Customer support replied quickly to my ticket and sorted it out. I’m happy with their service for both spot and margin trading.

Good platform but slow support
Been trading on MEXC for about 6 months now, mainly spot trading Bitcoin and some altcoins. The interface is pretty clean and I like the fact they have futures too. However, I ran into a problem with my withdrawal it got stuck for 2 days and support took forever to respond. When they finally fixed it, everything went smooth, but I wish the customer service was faster.

Great trading platform with some quirks
I switched to MEXC from another exchange about 3 months ago because of their futures contracts and use options. The execution of orders is mostly good and I haven’t encountered much slippage which is a plus. The staking options also helped me earn passive income on idle assets. On the downside, their mobile app crashes occasionally during peak hours, which can be annoying when you want to react fast. Support team generally responds within a day which is acceptable.
